The Lixit Bottle Nursing Kit for Baby Animals is a must-have when raising animals such as puppies, kittens, guinea pigs, ferrets, rabbits, raccoons, and squirrels. This bottle comes with a specially designed rubber nipple which duplicates the milking action of a mother animal. The bottle is made of plastic and comes with a twist-off cap.
Directions:
Before your first use, make a small hole in the nipple tip using a hot, sterilized pin or razor blade to make a small “x” in the tip. Note: the larger the hole, the faster the fluid will flow. After every feeding, clean out the nipple with a bottle brush, then sterilize the bottle, nipple, and brush in boiling water.
Cautions/Warnings:
This bottle is not intended for human use. Caution: Choking hazard, contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Follow the instructions and make sure the fluid is not too warm for your baby pet. Always supervise your baby pet while feeding, making sure they do not chew on the nipple while nursing. Always inspect the bottle and nipple after each feeding. Discard any part that becomes worn or detached.
