At Jeffers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
